1. Create a new file. Create a new layer. Check out Fancy Buttons - 2 for the initial procedure. Get the Elliptical button and fill it with the color shown in the figure.

2. Filter > Noise > Add Noise

(Amount: 16, Gaussian, Monochromatic)

3. Filter > Texture > Stained Glass

(Cell Size: 10, Border Thickness: 4, Light Intensity: 2)

4. Layer > Layer Style > Bevel and Emboss

Change the settings according to the following figure.

Please remember to change the size to 40

Click Drop Shadow also.

5. Select Stroke

Change the setting as shown in the figure.

Please change the stroke color that suits button.
