Adding Luster

Concept: We are adding the luster in this photograph using Adobe Photoshop. Please make a note that with these type of lessons you must have full control over the filters, blending modes and /or any image adjustment commands because with the slight increase in the input value it can become fancy, too unrealistic and will ruin the overall effect. Though this is not meant to be realistic, it should not be overdone.

1. Open an image.

2. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (Radius 1.0 pixels)

3. Edit > Fade Gaussian Blur (Opacity 100% Mode: Overlay)
