Burning Luster

Concept: Burning luster lesson has the photograph darken and luster added to it. It is designed using Adobe Photoshop filters and layer blending modes. You can experiment with layer blending modes to get interesting effects. Try to use different filters and use layer blending modes in combination. Please make a note not to overdo it because you need lot of control over the input values of filters and image adjustment tools.

1. Open an image.

2. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (Radius 1.0 pixels)

3. Edit > Fade Gaussian Blur (Opacity 100% Mode: Color Burn)
